Response Center

People's Security is your dealer and the signals from your system go to the response center. We currently have accounts at two response centers: Wright Hennepin (WH) and Criticom (formerly International Dispatch Center - IDC)

If you do not know the phone number of the response center that has your account, please call our office and we will give you the correct phone number.

Reminder: When contacting the response center you will need proper identification.
