Response Center

People's Security is your dealer and the signals from your system go to the response center. We currently have accounts at three response centers: Wright Hennepin (WH), Criticom (formerly International Dispatch Center - IDC) and Cooperative Response Center (CRC)

If you do not know the phone number of the response center that has your account, please call our office and we will give you the correct phone number.

Reminder:When contacting the response center you will need proper identification.
